Pre-Academy (11-13 year olds)
The Pre-Academy pathway provides opportunities for players who are highly motivated and committed to training twice per week within our accredited Skills Centre (SKC) environment. This is the entry point into the FCTM Academy and open to all players turning 11, 12 & 13 in the 2025 calendar year.
The Skill Centre Programme (SKC) is our premier NZ Football accredited training initiative designed for Junior grade players. This programme prioritises enjoyment while delivering structured training aimed at improving individual football skills.
Teams play in leagues focusing on development. Players within these programmes have significant game day options available and have the opportunity to move across teams. Leagues available are;
- WaiBOP u11 Mixed regional league - Saturday Competition
- WaiBOP u12 Mixed regional league - Saturday Competition
- WaiBOP u12 Girls regional league - Saturday Competition
- WaiBOP Federation Youth Leagues (Mixed) U13 - Sunday Competition
